Training: Training programs illustrate how the emergency organization, management and beyond, should function as well as the individual responsibilities of all players. SPP offers a variety of formal training and train-the trainer options to match the needs of our clients.

Exercises: SPP also provides exercise design and execution services for comprehensive situations or specific situations, for example, fire & evacuation procedures.

The comprehensive plan typically includes engagement with external players such as emergency management, law enforcement, insurance underwriters, etc. Resultant procedural adjustments are made to the plan and incorporated into future training evolutions.
