Our risk management protocol is strategic:

  1. Identify and assess the risks
  2. Project their probability of occurrence
  3. Prioritize
  4. Accept or mitigate the risks

Internal analysis is essential to understanding vulnerabilites and assessing the true impact of risk.

Risk Assessment: People are every organization's most valuable asset. An individual's ability to perform before, during and after an emergency event is directly related to how well they're prepared. SPP identifies essential personnel to evaluate where to build redundancy and lay out the functions and relationships critical to emergency response and recovery.

SPP evaluates the functions of critical personnel and the company's ability to provide back-up or adjust operations in their absence. SPP analysis:

  • identifies, prioritizes and formulates strategies for the mitigation, protection and relocation of critical equipment and company assets
  • identifies, prioritizes and formulates operations necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, maintain market share and/or company reputation

SPP analysis also identifies:

  • lifeline utilities critical to business operations
  • external influences (critical services, suppliers, etc)
  • critical IT, management and administrative components.

The results of this analysis are utilized to formulate strategies and solutions. See Protection, Relocation, Communication, Training, Recovery and Security web-tabs.
